1. Scope of Services

DH Tourism provides student visa and higher education consultancy, domestic and international air ticketing, Umrah packages, and tourist/visitor visa processing services.

2. Visa and University Applications

• DH Tourism acts as a guidance and assistance provider for student applications, admissions, and visa submissions.
• Disclaimer: The final decision to grant or reject a visa or university admission rests solely with the respective government embassy, immigration authority, or educational institution. DH Tourism does not guarantee visa approval or admission.
• Clients are responsible for providing authentic, accurate, and genuine academic and financial documents. Any submission of false or misleading information will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

3. Ticket Bookings and Cancellation Policies

• All air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages are subject to the terms, refund rules, and cancellation policies of the specific airlines and service providers.
• Service charges or administrative fee portions paid to DH Tourism are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Limitation of Liability

DH Tourism is not liable for delay, cancellation, or refusal of visas caused by embassy delays, policy changes, travel disruptions, or unforeseen regulatory updates.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
